Hi all,
Thanks for all your coments they have been very helpful.
However, i have a question:
Can i update a report on my powerBI Desktop and publish it withou replace the one in PowerBI online?
I'll explain better:
I have a report i've done in PowerBI desktop publish online, then, everyday i update the data.
I would like to then update the one online but withou replace it.
Thanks
Tiago

Hi @Tiago_Varela,
I have a report i've done in PowerBI desktop publish online, then, everyday i update the data.
I would like to then update the one online but withou replace it.
For this scenario, you could configure scheduled refresh for dataset so that you don't need to update data manually in desktop and re-publish it to service.
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu

if you rename the file it will not replace the current file on the servce.
So if you have "ReportName.pbix" and you publish it to the service and then publish "ReportName2.pbix" you will get both in the service at the same time.
