Good afternoon. I'm working with a report in Power BI, which uses three tables created from a Rest API connection to Power BI through an R script and a table from an Excel file. To update the data (API), clicking on the option "Update now" works for me correctly, but I would like to know if it is possible to create a program update. I have tested everything I have seen online (modification of credentials, on-premises data gateway, ...), but none of these work for me. Thanks a lot.
Hi @miguelcasi ,
All R data source settings must be set to Public. All other steps in a Power Query Editor query must also be public.
To schedule refresh of your R visuals or dataset, enable scheduled refresh and install a personal gateway on the computer containing the workbook and R.
Best Regards,
Liang

Yes I saw it. However, I use an R script to read the 3 tables that I require (they are 3 different URLs), and within each script I extract the Bearer Token. Therefore, it does not fit the example you share.
