Unpivot issue

How can i convert this to a normalised form? I need to compare the surveys sent and completed for Prior and Current month using a bar chart. 

How can i edit the above table in power BI to look like the below table?

Tower	Month	Surveys Sent	Surveys Completed
A	Prior Month	22	20
A	Current Month	99	9
B	Prior Month	33	30
B	Current Month	88	80

Is it possible that you tag last two columns as Prior & Current Month?
