Hi all,
I have created several reports that should be available to anyone in my organization. I created an App Workspace, where I published my Report, and created an App on top of it which should be available to anyone in my organization.
However, my Report has certain filters (visual level/page level etc), e.g. "Accounts" - has Revenue, Cost of Sales, Gross Profit etc.
I do not want thoses individuals to be able to select the accounts they are not supposed to see e.g. Revenue.
For this, creating a role with defined filters works fine, but it means that I need to add members under that role individually, whereas my goal is to somehow apply a role on a report with no need to add individual members...
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Ged

Hi @Ged,
In your scenario, you should be able to to implement Row Level Security using Dynamic Security (with USERNAME() function(DAX)). And following is a good article for your reference. ![]()
