Unichar code color based on text condition

Hi, I have a Column with this UNICHAR Code 

UNICHAR(11044)

I need this circle to have different colors deppending on text values from another columns (I have the RAG colors as text and also I have code colors)

which is the best way to put colors in the circle in a Matrix table, using conditional formatting?

Hi, @Anonymous 

You may make the visual selected, click 'Scorecard Light'=>'Conditional Formatting'=>'Font Color', format by field value, set as below.
