Uncommon year-ends

After looking at a fiscal-year problem earlier today, I was reminded of a old client that had a year-end of Jan-31.

DATESYTD() can handle that.  Because DATESQTD() doesn't have an additional parameter for year-end ("01/31"), does that mean every QTD-related calculation would have to be "hand written" ?

I'm only asking because even though it might be uncommon for a year-end but behind December, April, July and October, it is generally the next most common.

Yes, you are right. only  TOTALYTD and DATESYTD support YearEnd parameter. Other related period functions will have to be made using custom DAX.

Thanks @Fowmy

That's what I thought.

With a date table with fiscal year, quarter and period, it shouldn't be too hard.
