I have 4 tables. One is the account table, where the primary key is the account ID. I also have a celndary table, where the primary key is the date. I'm using these two tables as the central tables for my dashboard. I have two other tables: One is the current revenue table, where I have two columns I'm trying to link: Account ID and Invoice Date. The other table is the forecast with two columns I'm trying to link: Account ID and Expected Date. I'm trying to link the Revenue and Forecast tables to Calendar and Accounts tables, but the most I can link is 3. Below are the relationships:
1. Revenue to Accounts (One to One)
2. Revenue to Calendar (Many to One)
3. Forecast to Accounts (Many to One)
4. Forecast to Calendar (Many to One)
Any ideas on how I can fix this issue?
Thanks
The way you have described the question, all 4 relationships should work fine - ensure they are all Many to One. Share the download link of your PBI file and show the problem there clearly.
I also have some calculated columns that pull from these tables, could that be an issue? If I set relationships to these two key tables and pull everything else from there would that solve the problem?
No, that should not be a problem. Build your visuals and let me know what problems you run into.
