Unable to run paginated reports due to rendering error

HI, I'm getting this error.
Unable to render paginated report
There was an error contacting an underlying data source. Manage your credentials or gateway settings on the management page. Please verify that the data source is available, your credentials are correct and that your gateway settings are valid.

Is there a specific service that i should be connected to ? What do you guys usually use?
Here's the details of the my premises gateway (standard mode). My username is Desktop/stfro

Hi Anjan . I recently lost access to my tenant and it took about a week to resolve it so I'm getting back to this now.
Yes, I can now create reports within my Workspace. Thank you and your ideas helped resolve it.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Fabric Community.

The gateway service on your machine is currently running as a local account (.\stfro). Local accounts cannot authenticate to remote sql servers. Please follow below steps:

• Change the report’s data source to use Sql Authentication(like username and password) so the gateway can connect immediately.
• Configure the gateway service to run as a domain service account which has a login on the sql server and the required database permissions.

After updating the service account, restart the gateway and test the data source connection again.
