Unable to refresh python data source

Im not sure what the reason for failing to refresh my python source is. I have setup a personal gateway. 

I have tried all the privacy levels to no avail. Having a hard time finding the error "Access is denied". Other sources work properly on this gateway.

Where do i check this credential? Cause for a personal gateway with python script, there's no credentials to check as far as im concerned. I may be missing something here im new to using the personal gateway.
