I tried everything, I redid the entire path of the table in M ​​language, I deleted it and put it back, I opened the table and I didn't see any errors, I don't know what else to do

Can you please try the following steps that might help resolve the issue:

• Ensure the third-party program is indeed generating XML files and not inadvertently saving them in a format that's not compatible with Excel or Power BI. (Double-check if there have been any updates or changes in the third-party program's output format)
• Use Power Query's built-in XML import functionality to load your XML files. Power Query might offer more robust handling of XML structures and could bypass the issue you're facing.
