Unable to pull data from Postgres Database

Hello,

I am trying to connect to a Postgres Database.
I keep getting this error:

Hi @Cesylyaa - it looks like the error message you're encountering suggests that Power BI is unable to connect to your PostgreSQL database due to a network-related issue. 

Ensure that PostgreSQL is configured to accept remote connections. You can check the postgresql.conf file for the listen_addresses setting (it should include the IP address of the server) and the pg_hba.conf file to ensure the correct client IP range is allowed.

Verify that you are using the correct ODBC driver version that matches your PostgreSQL server version. If not, try updating or reinstalling the driver.

 

Cross verify the username, passwrd database connections entered are correct
