Unable to open power bi desktop

Hi everyone,

Since last week, my power bi desktop cannot open. When I double click on it, it gets stucked (see image below) : 

I tried all the solutions described here : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/desktop-error-launching-desktop

but the problem remains the same. Before, last week everything was working really well, I asked my enterprise security team and they told me that they didn't add any restrictions on this tool.

This is very problematic because I can no longer maintain my reports.

PS : I am running Power BI on a Vitual Machine.

My Power BI Desktop works well, so I couldn't reproduce the same issue in my side. Here I will give you some advices.

1. Please try to run Power BI Desktop with administrator privilege.

2. Please check the version of your Power BI Desktop. You can download the latest version from website instead of Microsoft store and try again.

3. You may refer to this offical blog to learn more details about how to get desktop and the limitation.

@Anonymous Check if your VM meets the minimum requirements.

Yes my VM meets all the minimum requirements.

It is strange, because last week power bi opened normally.
