Unable to open Power BI "Initializing Model" Screen

After I installed the new Power BI Version, it just stopped working.

already uninstalled and re-installed, and nothing!

when I try to open Power BI Desktop it shows only the "Initializing model" and nothing happens.

or when I try to open a file already created, none of the commands works., like "Get Data", "New File" 

Windows 7 64 Bits

Power BI Desktpo 64Bit

any idea on how to solve this??

I would suggest you try to uninstall Power BI and restart the computer and then reinstall it. I would also suggest you file a support ticket here.

actually I had to format my computer.

then I re-installed.
