Unable to label my benchmarks

I currently am using the Tachometer graph and am unable to make the different ranges show their different range thresholds.

For example at the one ontop, the number is not align with the line making it unclear what the value they need to pass is good to pass, this make it unclear on what they have to do to pass.

Any way to show the value itself? I have the values all as variables on an excel sheet.

So when the user needs, he can adjusts the benchmarks.

Thank you for the response, however I have already looked through that blog before and doesn't supply me with the answers I was looking for.
