Unable to do anything due to circular dependency detected error

Hi, 

I have encountered very weird issue - I am not able to do anything with data model, add/delete tables, refresh the data, even remove measures due to this random circular dependency error:

I understand the concept of circular dependency, but what is suprising, that this error pops up everywhere - even if I want to delte this quaterly commissions table. 

Has anybody encountered that and have a potential fix?
