Here are the steps you can follow：
1. You can Add Column – Custom Column in Power Query Editor.
Text.From(Date.Day([Date]))&"/"&Text.From(Date.Month([Date]))&"/"&Text.From(Date.Year([Date]))2. Or use the custom format.
