Unable to create public embed code

Greetings, 

My end goal is to embed a report I've made using Power BI Desktop to a public website.

I'm trying to publish a report made using power BI desktop using the following steps:

1. Click on the "Publish" option on the Power BI desktop app
2. Selected desired workspace
3. Click on "Share"
4. Click on "Embed report"
5. Click on "Publish to web (public)"
6. Click on "Create embed code"
7. Click on "Publish"

After step 7 nothing happens, I do not get my embed code and there is no error message.  The "Embed public website" window is unresponsive.  I am publishing on a shared workspace, but I have admin privileges on said workspace.

Please check whether you have met any limitation. And I doubt this is the Service problem since no error message pops up. Maybe try with other web browsers.
