Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect when trying to enter SQL Sever

Trying to get into my SQL server for work project and this keeps popping up when trying either test or prod server. Help! Support at work has no idea and my PowerBI developer is at a loss as well. Thank you! 

*I am able to get into SQL Server Management on both servers no problem. This seems to be a Microsoft PowerBI problem. Also connected to company's vpn (szcaler). Have tried uninstalling PowerBI and reinstalling, logging in/out, restarting device and restarting zscaler. Same error pop up. This has been happening for about a week now

@mdominick , First of all, you connect to SQL server management studio and check if that is working. The same way you have to connect in power bi.

Seem like issue with Url or key or access is avaiable to ip having power bi desktop

Hi! Thanks for writing in. Should've mentioned but I can access the server via SQL Management no problem. Any suggestions to troubleshoot? Thanks.
