Unable to add flow on power automate

Hi all,

         After adding power automate visual am trying to add flow in that.But after click on edit option visual is showing only the heading on that page...Its not showing any option for adding flow in the page...Why it is  happening?

We have exactly the same issue on whole tenant. We use that as Organizational visual since it's not certified. 
Is there any solution?
Will it be certified any time soon?

@Anonymous , See like you are on zoom mode. Please click on Back to report and then check for the option

i click on Back to report and then click on edit option...But still up to this only loading...There is no other data is showing there...

After adding this visual it looks like this..then i will click on option to edit ...After that below screen only showing...no other content is loading...

Below full data screen is not loading in my case...
