Ubable to use Scorecards in Power Automate

Dear Community and MS Support,

We are facing issues with using Power BI Scorecards in Power Automate.

Below is the exact scenario we are facing:

* User A was granted admin access to user B’s score card

* When user A tries to call the User B score card in Power Automate, the flow is not working. The flow just hangs there idle

* However when user A is trying to call a scorecard he created in Power BI, the flow works fine

We have already been investigating this with the Microsoft engineers and we were able to identify the root cause:

Root cause: Admin or Member access to the workspace is enough for UI interaction, but not always for automation scenarios, The main issue is related to ownership and API-level authorization boundaries, not just role assignment.

Is it possible to raise an Idea to the product them and include this improvement point somewhere in the roadmap?

BR,

Robert Gladysz
