Hi Everyone
I am looking for some help in regards to Date slicer filtering.
I need to filter all Serial No's up to End of Received Date as well as Serial No's where PaidofDate is greater than End of Received Date Slicer selection.
Measure
SelectedMaxDate = CALCULATE(MAX('Table1'[ReceivedDate]),ALLSELECTED('Table1'))
I have used Calculated column
SerialNO= IF(OR('Table1'[Status]="Active",'Table1'[PaidOffDate]>[SelectedMaxDate]),'Table1'[SerialNo],"No")
They all does not seem to work . Please see screenshot below
Any Help would be greatly appreciated.
@Rahulsingh,
What is your expected result based on the above sample data? Your DAX formula works as expected in my Desktop, but it seems that you need to change 'Table1'[SerialNo] to 'Table1'[Serial No.].
SerialNO= IF(OR('Table1'[Status]="Active",'Table1'[PaidOffDate]>[SelectedMaxDate]),'Table1'[Serial No.],"No")
Regards,
Lydia
Hi Lydia
i have changed the formula but it still doesn't work because when measure runs in a row a context then its calculates on every row.
SerialNO= IF(OR('Table1'[Status]="Active",'Table1'[PaidOffDate]>[SelectedMaxDate]),'Table1'[Serial No.],"No")
If you have made it work on your desktop, is it possible to share the PBX file with us?
@Rahulsingh,
Yes. Measure will calculate according to the each row. Could you please share expected result in table format based on the above sample data and slicer selection?
Regards,
Lydia
