In the line chart the data labels are showing as Millions ( I have changed Display units as millions under data label) ,but when I hover the mouse on the data labels , the values showing in the orginal format. Ex: 210000 insteaf of 0.02 M. How to fix it?

@Naveen29 , I doubt the tooltip takes the label format. Please try to change the default format using measure/column tool and try

Hi @Naveen29 ,

 

For the default tooltip feature, you can't do custom on it. I'd like to suggest you write a measure formula to format values to add 'unit'. Then you can create a report tooltip page with that formula and binding it to your visual. 

For reference:

Create tooltips based on report pages in Power BI Desktop 

DAX Text - FORMAT function 

Here I create a card visual in my report tooltip page and use million unit.

Hi @Naveen29 ,

@v-rzhou-msft  - I have tried this and it is working fine. But , one challenge over here is the color series is missing for line chart.

If you want to show lines in different colors, I suggest you to try legend function in line chart. If this reply still couldn't help you solve your problem, please share a sample with us and show us a screenshot with the result you want.
