Turning off the gray / highlighted area when hover-over on table header/row

Hi Everyone!

We are looking for a solution to the below issue.
When hovering-over on the table row or header it is highlighted with some grey area, is there any possibility to turn it off either in desktop or service ?
We would like to avoid the work-around solution with placing the empty button on the fron of that, since it will affect report perfomance.

Any tips are appreciated!

Thanks!
