I have calculated turn around time based on the values in two columns i.e. in my department staff loans are processed so I want to keep an eye on the performance of staff processing the loans for that I have set the maximum processing turn around time to 15 days from the date of receipt of the loan application to final disbursal date. Based on the above I have calculated the turn around time by adding a custom column and subtracting the values of final disbursal date minus date of receipt of application. But I now further want that all loans that were processed beyond turn around time of 15 days or are still pending to appear on my dashboard notification / card that exceed the threshold / turn around time of 15 dyas. Please help me in this.

Hi Henry,
It has partly sovled my answer actually i want to create alert so that PBI can notify me as soon as the TAT exceeds.
Create a Power Automate flow that periodically runs the DAX query and sends an email as needed.
Please find attached sample data. I want power bi to let me know when the threshold of 15 days exceeds. My dashboard alert notification should send me alert that the cases received 15 days before are still pending. But I don't know if this can be achieved for multiple values as the card only checks for a single value and based on the same it generates alert as per pre-defined criteria.
