Turn Off Data Export

Does anyone know if there is ability to turn off the ability to Export infomation from Power BI?

In the Service, click the gear icon, Admin Portal, Tenant Settings, turn off Export.

As @Greg_Deckler said, you can only diable "export data" for entire organization in O365 Admin Center if you are organization administrator. For more details, please see: Power BI admin portal

Does this only disable "Export Data" or does it also block "Analyze in Excel" functionality?
