Trying to get a visualization to work by timeline

Looking for help in creating a visualiazation by timeline with data from different teams. Please see attached of what I have today in Excel. Hoping I can duplicate something close to it in PowerBi. I have Google searched for a couple hours now with no luck.

Based on your image, it seems that is similar like the line and clustered column chart.

You could have a try with it firstly.

If you still need help, please share some data sample which could reproduce the scenario so that I could have a test on it.
