Trying to find the latest date from table with multiple values

I'm trying to populate a cell with the latest date. The issue is that some cells have multiple dates and that's throwing this error: "A table of multiple values was supplied where a single value was expected." Here's my formula:

SNE = LOOKUPVALUE(Event[ActivityDate],Event[Account/Opp Id],Opportunity[Id])

The Event table has multiple lines for an Opportunity. Thanks in advance.

Try this

SNE =
CALCULATE (
    MAX ( Event[ActivityDate] ),
    FILTER ( Event, Event[Account/Opp Id] = Opportunity[Id] )
)
