Change the #"Changed Type" reference to the previous step in your query and try this:
([Performance] - List.Max(Table.Column( #"Changed Type" , "Performance" ))) / (List.Max(Table.Column( #"Changed Type" , "Performance" )) - List.Min(Table.Column( #"Changed Type" , "Performance" )))
