Hello,
A BI-novice here, so forgive me if this is a dumb question. I'm trying to create a visual, which displays something "akin" to what I've displayed in the drawing below:
To clearify, I'd like to display "Company titles" along the Y-axis, "values/amount" in an extra Y-axis and "dates" below along the X-axis.
By examining the chart in the example above, I'd therefore be able to conclude, that Company "2" had an amount of 500.000 in Jan., Feb. and Mar.
I've tried to accomplish this in Power BI, but the closest I've come, is what you're seeing below; Once i assign "Company" to the secondary or Y-axis, the diagram does a "Count" instead of using titles. I've therefore tried to circumvent this by putting "company" within labels.
My data is structured in a manner shown below, with an assigned company to each value.
I'd appreciate any help someone can give.
Hi, @Anonymous
You need to modify the current data model in ‘Transform Data’ .
It is recommended that you split the records of each time period into specific records for each month.
