I need to some how amend the measure i have in the attached file so the date for week one starts in the first full week in each of the following historical years and future years tooo.

So 2019.

First Full Working week 7th Jan 2019

S0 2020

First Full Working week 6th Jan 2020

So 2021

First Full Working week 4th Jan 2021
