Can you do multi select with treemap without control?

I wanted to just click several of them, like you can do on the slicer

How about adding a slicer with higher granularity? You make a selection on the slicer, the treemap shall change accordingly.

@Nandieb Well, you can use Shift...but I'm guessing that's not what you want.
