Thank you @parry2k for your time and effort!
Adding some sample data to better explain my requirement..
Below are sample data in the two dataset..
Below is the table view in power bi that I need help to create with the above data..
FYI: The measures are created and need help only to create a view to compare the data.
Thanks in advance!

@prab First it is not clear from your sample table what is column and what is measure. Could you share the structure of the raw tables, and paste it here? Read this post to get your answer quickly.

Sorry for not being clear enogh.. sorry for assuming that names provided against the dataset are clear enough.. Let me try to be more clear.
There are three type/group of data Actual, Scenario-1 and Scenario2.
For each type/group, there are different metric/measure created for which I need to create a view to compare the metric of different type of product/data.
Here are details..
Columns of Product Planning Dataset
ProductKey
BuildDate
CM-Inventory
Units Actual
Measures of Product Planning Dataset
CTC
Cumulative Inventory
Cumulative POConsumed
Cumulative POValue
Cumulative Quantity
Columns of Product Planning Scenario dataset
ProductKey
BuildDate
CM-Inventory
Units Scenario-1
Units Scenario-2
Measures in Product Planning Scenario dataset
CTC Scenario-1
Cumulative Inventory Scenario-1
Cumulative POConsumed Scenario-1
Cumulative POValue Scenario-1
Cumulative Quantity Scenario-1
CTC Scenario-2
Cumulative Inventory Scenario-2
Cumulative POConsumed Scenario-2
Cumulative POValue Scenario-2
Cumulative Quantity Scenario-2
Also there DimProduct dataset as Join table, this dataset is join both above datasets..
Column DimProduct dataset

Looking to present the above columns and measure in the below table view
Let me know if you are looking for any additional information.
