I am trying to achieve below transpose where I need to keep Key column (account#) with unique rows and other Type column to be transposed/pivot with amount column falling under right column. Appreciate suggestions/inputs here.

After my research , you can use pivot column function in edit queries like below:
Step 1:
Click Edit Queries and then select column Type and column Amount
Step 2:
Click Transform->Any Column ->Pivot Column
Advanced options->Aggregate Value Function->Don’t Aggregate
Result:
