Translate DAX formula to Power Query

Hello, I was wondeirng if someone could please help me translate this DAX formula to power bi power query formula:

 

New_Column = if(isblank(table[PAYMENT_DATE]),BLANK(),if(month(table[PAYMENT_DATE])<4,year(table[PAYMENT_DATE])-1 & "-" & year(table[PAYMENT_DATE]),year(table[PAYMENT_DATE]) & "-" & year(table[PAYMENT_DATE])+1))

@OPS-MLTSD try this in Power Query:

 

if [Payment_Date] = null then null else if Date.Month([Payment_Date]) < 4 then Number.ToText(Date.Year([Payment_Date])-1)&"-"&Number.ToText(Date.Year([Payment_Date])) else Number.ToText(Date.Year([Payment_Date]))&"-"&Number.ToText(Date.Year([Payment_Date])+1)
