Transient issue while refreshing the data

Hi All.

I am facing an issue since last friday . My dataset fails to auto refresh multiple times mostly during second half of the day  and untill late in the evening

The error which i am getting is :

Can anyone help me with solution of  this issue?

Hi @Ashish_kumar12 ,

• You might take a look at your permission settings to make sure they are still set correctly.  
• Data refresh can also fail due to expired cached credentials. Clear your Internet browser cache by going signing into Power BI and going to https://app.powerbi.com?alwaysPromptForContentProviderCreds=true. This forces an update of your credentials.
•  If you used a gateway, please check whether you installed the latest version.
• And you could try to refresh manually in Desktop to check if it can be refreshed.

Hi Xue,

Thank you for your reply.

I tired the same whoever still getting the same issues.

I updated my gateway and along will that cleared cached credentials still getting the same error.

Even when i am doing manual referesh its also getting failed.

Anyother solution for this?
