Trying Save as was also giving same Issues....But clearing Cache works

@_TheBlank , If the file size is more 1 GB, Try to reduce records in one or more tables and save that.

Clear cache from options and setting and try again

It didn't work for me (partly because I could not reduce the file size to <1GB), but what I did (as a workaround) was I saved it to a totally different file name (e.g. "ABC"); it saved, then I re-saved it with the original filename that it needed to be saved to. That worked. So I don't know what that error was about!
