As seen in the attachment, I am seeing these ERROR'S when I transform data for another date column...and its showing on the ones that has no date information. Is there anyway for me to fix this?

@sraj this is what you need to do:
In PQ, click on the Changed Type step, and on the formula, bar add "en-IN" after two curly brackets before the parenthesis, something like this:
= Table.TransformColumnTypes(Source,{{"Sales", Currency.Type}}, "en-IN")
and see if that fixes the error.
