Tracking and Enumerating Month To Month additions and deletions in Data Source

I have an SQL Data Source that contains the following columns:

DateTime (Year, Quarter, Month, Day)

CustomerName

DeviceClass

DeviceName

At the end of each momth the daabase is appended with the current month's data.

My goal is to track changes in the amount of devices and type of devices we are monitoring for each customer from month to month, and enumerate which devices were removed, and which were added.

The month to month tracking of counts per customer is very simple and completed, but I am having a heck of a time figuring out how to show a table of removed and added devices month to month.

Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
