Total in Table Not Matching Rows

I am building a table visual and the grand total at the bottom of my table doesn't match the total of the row items. I have a measure that I am using to only display certain rows before a previous date based on a slicer but it seems like the table is adding all the rows regardless.

This is what my visual looks like:

This is the measure I am using:

Contract Line Total Amount =
IF(
    [Line Item Created On] <= [Payment Created On Measure],
    SUMX(
        DISTINCT(Contracts[Contract Total]),
        Contracts[Contract Total]
    )
)

My pbix is also available here: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3wpe3w85fxvjsefhphs4p/Contract-Data.pbix?rlkey=6qbi25w0xge8wh6bl2i5wm...

Thanks for any help on this

Hi,

Please try something like below whether it works.

Contract Line Total Amount =
SUMX (
    VALUES ( Contracts[Line Number] ),
    IF (
        [Line Item Created On] <= [Payment Created On Measure],
        CALCULATE (
            SUMX ( DISTINCT ( Contracts[Contract Total] ), Contracts[Contract Total] )
        )
    )
)

Hi @Yknoff1  Try this:

Contract Line Total Amount =
CALCULATE(
    SUMX(
        DISTINCT(Contracts[Contract Total]),
        Contracts[Contract Total]
    ),
    FILTER(
        Contracts,
        [Line Item Created On] <= [Payment Created On Measure]
    )
)

Hope this helps!!

If this solved your problem, please accept it as a solution and a kudos!!
