Secondly would it help full I could get a calculated coloum with the total time per day and projects.
I suppose that could be alterd to to do for sub project.
(Please keep in mind that the time and date should be a date and time respectifly. As I will use this deneb)
I have tried chat gpt but no luck and of course google.

hi @mscopuser ,
try to write a calculated column like:
total time per day and projects column =
CALCULATE(
SUM(data[Duration]),
ALLEXCEPT(data, data[project], data[start date])
)
Out put was amount per day in HH:NN:SS format. That has now been solved.
