Just as Greg_Deckler post that you can use the Iterative functions to get the correct total, here for your reference:

Here's a sample:

Then add 3 measures:

1Yr =
SUMX ( 'Table', [1Yr_Dep.] )

2Yr = 
SUMX('Table',[2Yr_Dep.])

3Yr = 
SUMX('Table',[3Yr_Dep.])

The Total_Depreciation could be like:

Total = [1Yr]+[2Yr]+[3Yr]

 The result is as follow:

The pattern is:
MinScoreMeasure = MINX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
MaxScoreMeasure = MAXX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
AvgScoreMeasure = AVERAGEX ( SUMMARIZE ( Table, Table[Group] , "Measure",[YourMeasure] ), [Measure])
etc.
