Quick Break Down:
1. A person can be a Flex Manager, COBRA Manager, or both simultanoeusly for an account.
2. My "Value" column is consolidating people's names so I can get full counts regardless if they're a COBRA/Flex Manager. This was done in query editor using an index on each row and unpivoting columns.
3. Merged column is just combining the Flex and COBRA columns.

The issue:
The promoter column is giving me a total of 50, however when adding everything manually by hand I get 51. I can't figure out where or why it would be counting incorrectly. Any ideas?
Is "Promoter" a column or a measure? Often times measures don't behave the way you expect on a visual total because of a nuance in the way it was written.
Hope this helps
