Total Error in a month / Total line in as month

Hi Team , I am trying to calculate % Total error for a month ( Error for that month / Total lines in that month ) 
I am getting stuck a 2 point 
1. Line Total changes if I filter out the data . Ex. Below screenshort it's with not filter 

2. As soon I add " Error" count . The total in "Total line" coulmn changes 

1. How can I solve this issue , were original count " Total line" remains unchanged while adding Error counts column? 
2. How can I calcluate % of error per month ? considering Error in that month/ Total line in that month 

I have reveiwed post on forum but unfortunately wasn't able to figure this out . Any help would be highly appreciated .

did you apply the filter on the table?

if so, you can use ALL function
