Top N by Category as attached bar chart

Hi, I need to create a similar chart(attached) in Power BI to present top N sub-categories with in category by using parameter.

Expected Result: For example by using parameter Top N (top 2 sub-categories by category and top 4 sub-categories with in a category)

Take a look at this tutorial, you can ignore the 'Others' section in the DAX.
