Tooltips not showing on line in a line and bar chart

Hi Everyone,

I have a standard line and bar chart (please see below). I created a customised tooltip to show the breakdown of the datapoint, e.g. if users hover one a bar or a marker it will show the breakdown of pointed data. However it seems working fine on the bars but not on the line markers. It alwas show bar data value.  I tried to enlarge the marker size but not working neither. 

Could you please help? Thanks.

@Anonymous , Both Bar and line should pass year/FY value to the tooltip. Unless you have a legend. The line will not pass legend information

I have a customised tooltips linking to another page which is not working on line but if I used default tooltips, they are all working both on line and bars respectively.
