Tooltip with button

I have a Tooltip page. In this Tooltip Page I want to use button with action. Could anyone help me

Hi  @Anonymous ,

Buttons have tooltips already. You must first turn on "action", then you will see the tooltip option. 

You can describe the text information on this.

Thanks for your reply, I'm not sure if I communicated in wrong direction; let me take it as a opportunity to explain exact requirement:

We using Stacked Column Chart Visual from this visual I have to redirect to Power BI Services using Drill Through function (It's like a hyperlink). I have gone to Cross Report Drill Through however, my Destination report is not in same workspace. 

So I created customised tooltip page with card and button when curser however on any column bar I have perform action from customised tooltip page button. Is it possible ??? or any other options to match my requirement?
