Tooltip of the bar chart is not accessible through keyboard.

Hi, 

this is a basic accessibility functionality that must be fixed. 

It's not a feature, it is a bug. 

In Europe tooltip keyboard navigation is part of the EN 301549, WCAG 2.1 (European Accessibility Act) in US would be covered under Section 508 and ADA, in Canada unders the ACA and the AODA...

HI @v-ajrai,

AFAIK, the tooltip panel shows when your mouse hovers on the data bar. The keyboard arrow button does not support hovering on data bars to trigger the tooltip. (current it can be used to focus and switch between visuals)

For your scenario, I think you can submit an idea to improve these operations.
