Tooltip of Gauge Chart

Hi All,

I have a doubt in creating Gauge chart now I am showing the percentage of male taking the trainings in gauge chart My requirement is when a user hovers on that chart it should show some text is it possible to do.If so please give some suggestions

Yes, it is possible. You can create a measure to have the text you want to display, then add the measure to the Tooltips of the gauge visual. 

If you want something more complex, you can create a tooltip page that holds the text you want to display, then set the gauge visual to use this tooltip page. Create report tooltip pages in Power BI

It is working fine but before adding the measure to the gauge chart it is showing the male percentage as well.I need to remove the percentage text it is showing.It should show only the text used in measure.Meanwhile can we remove the name of the measure and keep only the text.If so please give some solutions.

Hi @Anony_mous 

I'm afraid the default tooltip doesn't support that. You need to create a tooltip page to achieve the result you want. You can use a card visual to display the measure or use a text box to display the text on the tooltip page. Please refer to Create report tooltip pages in Power BI
