Tooltip not showing in page information

Hello,

I want to add an tooptip to my report, but when I want to create a page, I can't see the switch for enabeling the tooltip nor am I able te select the page size for a tooltip.

Where can add this?

Hi @Dirk_Kuypers ,

I think your Power BI Desktop is not updated. Update it then you will be able to see tooltip button as shown below..

@Angith_Nair  I guessed It must be related to an update. 

How do I update Power BI. 

I installed trough my companies software order system and don't see where I can update this.

Uninstall the current version of power bi which you are using and then install from the Microsoft store or you can download the updated version from here. The benefit of installing directly from the Microsoft Store is that it's automatically get updated (you don't need to update it manually) whenever new updates arrive and Microsoft releases new updates for power bi every month.

But there is my problem. I don't have admin acces to this PC so I only can download from my companies software order system.

I Just requested access for admin rights. See If this works....

You can also ask them to keep the updated version of Power BI in the Company Software Order System so that others can also download the updated version from Company Software Order System. Thank You..
