Tooltip not showing all points in a chart but only the one you are hoovering over

Hello,

I am having a strange behaviour, i have three charts two of them work as intended showing all values, while the third is not. I use the same charts and data for ilustration purposes only: The desired result is as its working here, hoover over a date and get all points to display ranked correctly:doesnt work.png

Instead what i see is only the point hoovered over and on the bottom of the list not ranked correctly:

doesnt work.png

Any idea what might be causing this behaviour? Please let me know, thanks.

Actualy I found that the reason was becuase i had an if measure, which was converting blank values to "", else was the normal value, and it seems the tooltip didnt like to have this "" as value. However, once remove the if statement and simply keep the normal value i am getting the right behaviour. Thanks for the help anyways 🙂

@natabird3 , very difficult to tell without looking at data. Can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data.

Unfortuantely, will not be able to share a file. It really is just a date and some value figures per category. It works fine with 2 of the other data sources but the thrid is not correctly dispalying, and not sure why as its following the same logic and structure as the other two which work as inteded.

Hi @natabird3 ,

It is a report tooltip page or tooltips applied on the visual? Could you provide the setting of tooltip?

The setting in Fields paneThe setting in Fields paneThe setting in Format paneThe setting in Format pane

You can refer the following documentations to set the tooltips:
